Chun (Nicholas Tse), who is keen on sports, returns from his study abroad. Among all the sports, he loves judo the most. At his elder sister Shan's (Fiona Leung) wedding, he comes to know a judo master Bun (Yuen Wah). Chun admires Bun's skill and wishes to learn from him. However, Shan disapproves since Bun has unintentionally ruined her wedding before. In order not to upset Shan, Bun sends her younger sister Jing (Cheung Sun Yun) to teach Chun. Jing is renowned for being harsh on her students. Chun is suffering, but in order to learn all her best techniques, Chun pretends to woo Jing.

At the point where Chun thinks that his love life, family, and interest can not be any better, he is badly beaten by his fellow and good friend Leung (Lau Hoi Wai) in a friendly encounter. Moreover, Jing discovers Chun's purpose in dating her. She is very disappointed and turns to Leung. Chun then discovers that Jing is his true love. Can Chun beat Leung and make up with Jing again?
